Chat Status App
Performance improvements were made to the Chat Status app, to reduce page-load times for users reliant of this app for mission-critical statistics. We also included a number of additional data-points after consultation with customers.
Staff can now save custom searches for their chat history, and Supervisors can create custom searches across chat history of their organisation. We plan to enhance the search further to include a number of additional filters in the coming months, after consultation with our customers.
The Channel.me website is now available in both English and Dutch.
Customers and other interested parties can now subscribe to receive notification emails about updates, blog postings, and changes to the chatbot platform listings. These newsletters are available in a choice of English or Dutch.
Analytics saw some small updates, and additional security updates were applied.
