We have spent some time focusing our attention on improving the experience for your visitors, and have added system-generated messages to the chat workflow at key points. For example, when first connecting to a chat agent the user is presented with a message informing them that we are "Connecting you to a live agent…".
As part of the process of improving the experience for visitors, we have also reviewed and improved the messaging and translations across the system.
Additionally, some small changes were made to improve performance and display of the chat history.
