July will see a number of significant changes being released:
Chat History can be very useful to users and supervisors alike. We've spent some time working with customers and gathering feedback to improve the experience of accessing and working with the Chat History. Here are some of the key changes:
Chat History is now available from the global navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. This makes it easier to find, and quicker to access. This is also useful for supervisors or marketeers who want to read the chat messages without going online.
We have updated the look & feel of the Chat History in it's new home, and have enabled text search to help users and supervisors quickly find historic conversations or search for chats related to specific topics.
Working closely with our customers, we've simplified Analytics into a unified screen with the goal of providing you with key information at a glance.
