We have updated the transfer process between support users so that Visitors receive a more informed experience. Support users will also benefit from these changes with additional informative messages being shown during outgoing/incoming transfers.
Site improvements
We've reduced the amount of code used to display our website, so that our visitors have a faster experience while browsing our site. These benefits extend to the logon pages.
