Co-browsing Security

One of the security features available in Channel.me is the ability to adjust co-browsing access rights across an entire account. The reason we implemented this is so that it is not possible for supervisors to change agent accounts and give them control access in situations where it is necessary that all agents only have view access.

This option can only be adjusted by Channel.me and therefore ensures that agents are set to a certain mode with regards to co-browsing.
