This month we introduced a new control which allows our customers to set whether the proactive chat should trigger based on the window size of the visitor. For example, if someone is visiting from a device with a very small screen, say a tablet or mobile phone, the proactive chat can be disabled for these small screens to ensure the visitor's experience is not interrupted.
Our Roadmap saw some updates to improve the experience for our visitors, particularly on smaller devices.
We introduced a number of small performance improvements both for the website and applications.
