This month saw a number of updates, including:
Chat Status App
A new Chat Status app was released for beta-testing to a number of users. This app provides an overview of active chats and other statistics useful to managers and supervisors, to act as a dashboard during office hours.
Chat History API
A new API was introduced to allow our clients to programmatically collect chat history data for analysis and archival outside of our platform. Further details can be found in our documentation for the API.
We also introduced further enhancements to the Audit Log, adding filtering by topic and date, and released some preemptive fixes to support upcoming changes to Firefox.
