Chat Status Dashboard

The Chat Status dashboard provides a real-time overview of active chats, online users, and chat group availability. It helps administrators and team members monitor ongoing sessions and manage resources effectively.

Overview

At the top of the dashboard, you will see:

  • Account name: The current live account in use.

  • Online visitors: The number of visitors currently on the customers website.

  • Active chat sessions: The number of chat sessions currently in progress.

  • Online users: The total number of team members currently logged in.

Online Users Section

This section lists all team members who are logged in, along with:

  • Name: The user’s display name.

  • Active Chat Sessions: The number of chats they are currently handling.

  • # Logged in browsers: The number of browser sessions in which the user is logged in.

Chat Groups Section

Chat groups represent departments or queues where visitors can be directed. Each group displays:

  • Name: The name of the chat group (e.g., Support, Developers, Sales, Test).

  • Available Lines: The number of chat slots available in that group.

  • Active Chat Sessions: The number of chats currently handled by the group.

  • Users: A list of team members assigned to the group.

Status Indicators

  • Green (number): Indicates available chat slots in that group.

  • Orange "Offline": Indicates the group is not available to handle chats.
