Analytics - Chats per Day and Group
The Chats per Day and Group dashboards provide insight into chat sessions. It helps managers to track the volumen and kind of chat traffic which is received.
The Chats per Day dashboard shows the total number of chats. This is the total number of missed and the finished chat sessions. The NPS and average rating (when the questionnaires are enabled), their average duration and the percentage of chats which were answered.
The Chats per Group shows the same information, but instead of being grouped by day, the chats are grouped per chat group. This makes it possible to compare chat duration, or rating between the different chat groups.
