Audit Log Application
The Audit Log dashboard provides a detailed record of system and user activities. It allows administrators to monitor actions, review historical data, and ensure accountability within the chat environment.
Overview
At the top of the dashboard, the total number of logged events is displayed (e.g., Events: 99). The main log table lists all recorded activities with the following details:

# (ID): Unique identifier for the logged event.

Event: The type of action (e.g., Login, Logoff, Chat Closed, Agent Status).

Extra Info: Additional information about the event, such as chat ID, subject, or status duration.

User: The user or system that performed the action.
-
IP Address: The IP address from which the action originated.

Country: The geographical location of the user’s IP.
-
Browser: Browser and operating system details (if available).

Date: Exact timestamp of the event.

On the left panel, you can filter the log by date range or by specific event categories:
