Currently website visitors give chat transfer to other agents a lower NPS score.
We noticed that there are too many unnecessary system messages displayed for the website visitor.
We will remove and improve them.

wij zouden graag meteen willen zien of er agenten beschikbaar zijn op de skill waar we naar willen doorverbinden. Daarnaast de NPS score laten zien bij de medewerker naar wie wordt doorverbonden ipv de eerste medewerker.
