We are extending the number of ways in which statistics can be show. We will add the following:
- Possibility to choose your own date range. This is handy to monitor statistics for marketing campaigns.
- View statistics per user, topic, group
- Co-browsing analytics will get the same functionality as the chat analytics.
- The analytics view will also show chat sessions which are removed because of privacy reasons.
- The analytics page will be made with the audit data. This makes it possible to create different analytics views in the future. For example: agent login and logoffs.
