Managing Agents

Managing Agents

From the Channel.me home page, select Settings > Manage Agents.

The information shown for each agent is:

- Name
- Chat groups
- Status

There are also 2 buttons available allowing you to Edit or Delete existing agents.

Creating an Agent

If you want to create a new agent, click the Add Agent button.

You will need to enter the following information:

- Name
- Email
- Password
- Chat Groups
- Co-browsing
- Admin

Once all the information has been filled in, click the Add Agent button.

Chat Groups
This is where you control which agent can accept which chat. Many sites are divided up into various areas and our customers use groups to separate agents into the various areas.
