Installing and Using Chat


In order to get Channel.me up and running on your website, you will need to install the script. This script is to be placed on every page where co-browsing and chat should be made possible:

Note that "data-group" and "data-code" are unique to every account. The above script is just an example.


Once the script has been added to your site, the next step is to log in with the provided agent account details.


Logging in to the Agent Console:

Channel.me should have provided you with agent login accounts. You can navigate to:


and login with the appropriate information. You will then be presented with a home screen:

Select Live Chat and you will be ready to accept chats:

 Once you are logged in, you are ready to accept new chat requests.
